I've been working on a (non for profit, just for fun) RPG setting since a few months ago, and this looks like one of the critters there is in it. Now I feel like I'm ripping off Quantum's setting :-)

(though the creature in my setting would be more like a hyena, not a panther; that's my last hope of originality :-))

Interesting concept, kind of reminds me of the Steel Predator from the 15th level adventure "Lord of the Iron Fortress".
