The past few weeks (months?) I've had a very small presence on dA, small compared to the almos-one-a-day illo update of the past couple years... Lately lots of frustrations, heavy dayjob duty and some private commission work kept me away from the lovely non-too-contractual commission work, which, honestly, I enjoy a bit more than the published stuff.
I'm making an effort to upload more stuff now and soon to get back on the free and almost-one-year-old commissioned stuff that I owe to lots of realy patient people. I have not been iddle but the contractual work cannot be uploaded until its published and that keeps LOTS of the stuff I've worked on out of the public eye... I'll try to double the efforts to upload some of that illos that have already been published and to get faster on the previous paid non-private commissions.
Some good news! I'm going to suscribe soon to a professional digital coloring classes, so, hopefully we'll see a nice improvement on that not-too-nice skill of mine. Hopefully this will bring a faster and nicer finishing of the previous pending commissions!
Thanks for continuing watching and for your patience

Back to the Start
Ever felt that need to return to the begining? That something went wrong, weird, or at least way too unexpected? And I mean "too" unexpected, because unexpected is the norm.
Well, I've been there for a while.
And tried to start over many this. This isn't the first time I've wrote this kind of journal.
I've been flying too close to the ground for too long, allowing myself to hide so that no one to avoid being "judged" or failing, all the while beign my own worst "judge" and failing steadly, for there's nothing worsth than doing nothing..
Well, no more.
Back to the Start
Looong time no post...
I'm finally done with the Realms of Strife artwork, and it only took me nearly 3 years, a HARD three years period I must say. (I'll link to the new site as soon as it's ready)
What's next? Well, I've been the busiest with everything (family, school, life, health, etc.) BUT art, but the past 6 weeks I've been toiling on the map mines producing lots of stuff for Numenera 2, and that has whipped me back into the good drawing board habits, or at the very least a nice rythm.
I'll be past that Numenera 2 assignment by may the 7th, and I'll return the the queue of long overdue work along with a couple more pending projects
Radio Silence
I've been rather busy trying to stay afloat with two jobs and adding another class to my repertoire (multiclass rules and sucks!). I'm kinda "neglecting" the second job (illustration) thou not really, since I'm prempting lots of stuff to bring it back ful force by the begining of next year.
Right now my efforts are on finishing/dealing (as in refunding) the most direly overdue stuff, and on trying to revive my Social Media accounts, not that I ever paid much attention to it, but it's time to make it work properly. I've been posting never-before-seen-in-my-portfolio art, which is not new but is not wshown in dA either. So, if you want to see
September's Schedule
A lot is going on on the non-illustration front, between taking care of my health (check!) and giving my professional life a new direction (I've entered a Masters in Marketing... go figure) my time turned more chaotic than usual, turns out that going back to school after 18 years of beign on a non-academic mindset is quite disturbing, but now I'm close to getting the hang of it back.
Anyways, This month will see new artwork horizonts (space horizonts that is, thou re's no really a horizont in space...) as well as the stuff that I STILL owe.... AND, lots more activity in social media to regain my joy of art and steer away a bit from workworkw

One of my PCs nearly got himself pancaked by a froghemoth, so one of those commissions was nearly posthumous.
