This one is a humanoid sorcerer from an ancient race that nearly banished when they got swallowed into the ocean. The race looked human-like but are not quite.

This guy was requested to be leaking supreme power all over and look kinda "old fashion", also, this culture apparently had a knack for certain kind of "technology", hence the odd staff. You can find some more of this odd equipment hanging on the Dwarf explorer/artificer recently uploaded.

I liked how the floating runes turned out
